Mr. Koskiewicz’s expertise includes interim management, liquidity management, business plan formulation, lender and creditor negotiations, bankruptcy preparation, plan of reorganization and disclosure statement formation, and bankruptcy-related court testimony.
Mr. Koskiewicz has significant experience in crisis management and turnaround in many industries including insurance, financial services, automotive supply, chemical manufacturing, telecommunications construction, aerospace supply, wholesale distribution and casual dining restaurants.
Mr. Koskiewicz is currently advising a $1 billion reinsurance company on a multitude of issues related to its out-of-court restructuring. He previously worked as the interim chief financial officer in the Chapter 11 case of Meridian Automotive Systems. Mr. Koskiewicz has also been retained by secured lenders to assess and monitor borrowers, including evaluating business plans, cash management systems, cash forecasting procedures and negotiating debt terms and covenants.
Prior to joining FTI, Mr. Koskiewicz held corporate treasury positions at Rand McNally & Company and Coresource, Inc. While at Rand McNally, Mr. Koskiewicz was responsible for cash management, banking relations, pension monitoring and asset allocation of the investment portfolio.
Mr. Koskiewicz holds an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.S. in finance from Indiana University. He is a member of the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors and the Turnaround Management Association. He has completed parts one and two of the certified insolvency and restructuring advisor exam. |
